Administrative Specialist I
Black River Technical College is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Specialist I for the Office of Development. This is a full-time, 12-month position, and is classified as a grade C106 with the State Classification and Compensation System.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Specialist duties include secretarial support for the staff of the Office of Development; assistance with college and Foundation-related events and activities; and other Development-related duties as assigned.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and technology skills are required. Preferred technology skills include knowledge of Microsoft Publishing and Designing software, particularly Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Also required are ability to function well in a team environment; self-motivation and critical thinking are also desired attributes.
The formal educational equivalent of a two-year degree is required. Other job-related experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements.
