POCAHONTAS, AR November 14, 2019 – For the Fall 2019 semester, Hadley Rose of Pocahontas was
awarded the BRTC Distance Education Online Scholarship.
The $250 BRTC Distance Education Online Scholarship is opened to Black River Technical College
students who are enrolled in at least one online class for the current semester and who have taken an
online class the previous semester.
Hadley Rose is the daughter of Ryan and Janet Rose. She is a 2018 graduate of Paragould High School
who is seeking a degree in nursing and EMT services.
