Black River Technical College is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Customer Care Specialist at Pocahontas. This is a full-time, 12-month position, and is classified as a grade C106 with the State Classification and Compensation system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary focus of this position is to provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Answers the telephone, managing the multi-line switchboard for the institution; greets and assists visitors, prospective and current students; performs basic data entry in CRM and student information system; manages correspondence and other communications between faculty, students, and other offices in Enrollment Management; scans and maintains digital files in imaging system; manages mailings for the department, as needed; assists with general office operations; works with offices in Enrollment Management to assist with projects and events; performs other duties as assigned.
The formal education equivalent of an Associate Degree preferred; high school diploma (or GED) required. Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of the basic requirements.
