POCAHONTAS, AR Oct. 4, 2019 – To help BRTC’s new Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) program get started, Darragh Company and Tool Central donated twenty 36” traffic cones for use in the program.
“Darragh Company and Tool Central supports the BRTC CDL program,” said Scott Trammel, Director of Operations for Darragh Company and Tool Central. “We recognize the nationwide truckdriver shortage that we face daily and this effects the ability to service our customers and locations. We think this program will strengthen the ability to hire local drivers in our industry.”
The cones are already being used in a CDL class which was organized for a local Pocahontas business by Patti Blaxton, BRTC Director of Corporate and Community Education.
“We are so thankful to Darragh Company and Tool Central for supporting BRTC and our new CDL program,” Blaxton said. “These cones are essential for setting up our driving range.”
