Award Amount
Full tuition that is renewable up to four semesters provided the recipient successfully completes a minimum of 12 credit hours (excluding developmental courses) each semester and maintains a cumulative GPA of 3.00 for the first two semesters increasing to a 3.25 cumulative GPA for the remaining two semesters. All course work must be completed on the BRTC campus. Student must be seeking a degree or certificate. Students seeking a Certificate of Proficiency are not eligible for this scholarship.
Requirements
Arkansas resident graduating from an accredited AR high school. Must be a first-time entering freshman. Awarded based on ONE of the following criteria:
- ACT composite score of at least 24
- Top 10% in graduating class with a 3.00 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) at seven semesters. Top 10% ranking must be maintained through the eighth semester.
