Last year’s IBERIABANK/BRTC Foundation Golf Tournament named scholarships have been awarded to 17 students who are attending BRTC this fall. Each named scholarship is sponsored by a $1,000 donor who is able to name the scholarship. The student is then awarded $1,000 per semester, fall and spring, provided the student maintains enrollment and GPA requirements.
Metro Restoration-Shea Capps of Pocahontas has accepted the Metro Restoration Scholarship made possible by funding from Metro Builders & Restoration Specialists, Inc. Capps is a 2017 graduate of Pocahontas High School. She is the daughter of Dwayne and Angie Capps and is planning a career in nursing.
