All BRTC ads must be approved by the Director of Marketing and Aesthetics. Most ads are created by Ann, but if you create one yourself, it must be submitted to her for approval before submission to the media outlet.
Deadline: Monday at noon 2 weeks before you want the ad to run
Submission Method: Email your ad content and images to Ann Savage
Reimbursement Account: Identify the account to which the advertising should be charged back
Size of Ad: If applicable, identify the size of the ad which you want created
Location of Ad: Identify the media to which you want the ad sent
Content Required in the Ad
The following information must be present in the ad request or the ad you create yourself:
- Contact person’s/department’s name
- Contact phone number
- Brief description of the product/program/etc.
- Name of the product/program/etc.
- Date of the product/program/etc.
- Time of the product/program/etc.
- Place of the product/program/etc..
- Required cost, if applicable
- Website address, if applicable
- Email address, if applicable
- Deadline, if applicable
- Representative image, if applicable
