Consider the Field of a Certified Dietary Manager
Graduates of the Dietary Manager program gain classroom and clinical experience in management of commercial and institutional food service operations. Individuals will learn about routine nutritional services, ordering supplies, equipment, and food maintenance. They will also gain experience in data management for food services and will learn to apply human relations techniques to personnel issues.
