POCAHONTAS, AR. Dec. 17— Bobby Manuel, Sr., was recently awarded the Fall 2020 BRTC Paragould Student Scholarship.
Bobby Manuel Sr. of Keiser is a 1995 graduate of Osceola High School. He is the son of James and Carolyn Manuel, the husband of Teresa, and the father of Clay and Bobby, Jr. Manuel is seeking a Master Electrician License.
The Paragould Student Scholarship is offered to fulltime Black River Technical College students who attend at least one traditional class at the Paragould campus or to Paragould non-traditional industry students who are enrolled in at least one Paragould program. The scholarship is funded by Paragould educators, staff, and community members.
